Incredible gaming desktop
I have been using my new Panorama XL for about one week. It is an awesome machine, exceeding all my expectations. I am somewhat new to gaming but I wanted a machine that would take me well into the future. I am currently playing DCS Warthog A-10C Tank Killer and Elite Dangerous. There are more games in the DCS library that I would like to play and I can tell you that this machine handles A-10C flawlessly. I really like the life long technical support since I am a relative newbie. I wrote Empowered PC about the warranty and they responded right away with a friendly and knowledgeable email. Setting up was easy and I have encountered no problems so far. I couldn’t be happier.

I couldn’t be happier with this PC. The Panorama Gaming Desktop is everything it claims to be, and more. As someone who works with AI tools, video production, and occasionally enjoys high-end gaming, I needed a system that could do it all without compromise. This one delivers flawlessly.The Intel i9-14900KF and RTX 5070 combo is a performance beast. Applications that used to stutter or lag now fly. Boot times are nearly instant thanks to the 2TB NVMe SSD, and I upgraded the RAM to 64GB and added a second 4TB NVMe SSD with zero compatibility issues.The build quality is outstanding. The tempered glass panels and RGB lighting give it a sleek, modern aesthetic, and the nine ARGB fans keep everything cool and whisper-quiet, even under heavy loads.I also appreciate that it came clean, no bloatware, and was ready to go out of the box. Don’t listen to reddit, empoweredPC is legit
Holy moly I was so stressed after purchasing this prebuilt. EmpoweredPC has a very bad online reputation. I am very pleased to report that has not been my experience.I ordered their Panorama 96GB 5080 PC from Amazon. It shipped and arrived within the 5 day shipping window, albeit the last day. Packaging was professional and very safe. Even has a little vice to help the GPU stay steady during shipping.The build quality is excellent. Every part looks clean and new. Performance is exactly what I expect from the parts listed. Quiet fans and immaculate cable management. AIO cooler is mounted properly. Honestly it’s beautiful, better looking than anything I’ve put together myself.Yes their phone number does put you in an endless queue. I am praying I do not have to RMA this PC or its components because I can tell it’s going to be a rough experience. If I run into an issue I’ll update my review accordingly.

Meets high expectations
The finished product is a beauty and a beast. You can always source the parts yourself and make a build like this a DIY project.There are quite a few details you would have to pay attention to though— careful assembly, hardware compatibility, thermals.Since this is not pocket change, it’s worth the premium for a professional build. I would trust them again.

Good computer.
A very good computer. I had to rearrange a cord on the inside as it was pressing into one of the fans. The lighted fans are nice but one set of them change color if you bump the table. The lights remote does not seem to control them. There are features I believe that do not really have explanations so you will have to figure out some on your own. I do have good gaming experiences.

Power supply and customer support are abysmal
Do not buy products from this company but minimum do not buy this machine. The power supply is absolute garbage and will cause this machine to crash with no crash report. The Mounting bracket for the gpu was adjusted to high so it was putting unnecessary stress on the connection point. The computer will not come with any updates done so expect to do multiple windows and nvidia updates. They are unwilling to recoup any costs for personal repair so if you are in a situation like me where I need that pc for school. They would rather you waste 3 weeks of your life and cash out of pocket to ship it to them to replace the terrible power supply that is installed with these high end components. In summation you will have issues with this machine and be prepared to replace the power supply.

Solid upgrade, decent price.
The only “issues” I’ve had so far, which are trivial at best: The ad “boasts 10 RGB fans” when there are 9 fans and, lastly, my GPU power was touching one of the lower fans causing spin failure, which I needed to address. It’s a fast PC and so far, works great. The fans keep the unit cool, so I suppose, I can look past the missing fan, that likely would not have fit. Packing was great, recieved a day earlier than expected and everything was secure on arrival. Great build and an acceptable price.

Could be better
For a $3749.99 computer, it shipped with plastic feet, one of which were broken into pieces. Really surprised and unhappy about this. The PC seems to be good otherwise. But first impressions were bad.
