Good buy
The daylight bulb is super bright, but it costs more than incandescent lights; however, the brightness, longevity, and design of these bulbs are worth it.

Bright, but harsh lighting
I bought these to replace the 8000lm 80w 5-petal lights I had before in the kitchen. While these are lower wattage use (40w) and you get 5000lm, they aren’t frosted like the other ones. So you get glaring bright light with harsh shadows on everything. They don’t feel like overhead kitchen lights, but a high spotlight. Plus, they have a more warmer (yellow) light that was more neutral before. That may be due to the kitchen sockets having a yellow barrel instead of flat white. They are bigger than a regular bulb, but smaller than flood lights. I’ll figure out a way to frost them over for a softer diffused lighting.

Super bright, And super efficient.
The lamp I use this in is in the center of the room, and if I use this bulb, it completely lights up the entire kitchen, living room, And hallway. Well worth the money if you need a really bright light for a regular lamp.

Outstanding Customer Support & Impressively Bright Bulbs
I initially had an issue where one of the bulbs was defective, but the seller’s customer service was excellent. They quickly sent out a replacement and even refunded my original purchase. The bulbs are incredibly powerful—while I don’t have the tools to measure the exact light density, they are visibly much brighter than standard bulbs. I’m very impressed with both the product and the support.
