Excellent for outdoors and great company that stands by their product!!!
I purchased this TV for my covered outdoor pool area. I wanted to be able to watch football in the fall and winter without having to worry about bringing a TV inside. I was happy with this TV for about 90 days and then the picture froze. I contacted the Sylvox support team via email and after going over some troubleshooting, they determined the TV was not working and was under warranty 100% and the next day I had a new TV on my front porch. I was able to replace the TV and take the old one down. I put the old one back in the box and they are going to pick it up tomorrow. It cost me nothing to have the TV replaced. The company and support staff did a great job in standing by their product and replacing it under warranty without any hassle. They really stood by the product. I currently have my new TV up and hanging ready to watch football without missing a single week. I am excited to continue watching outdoor television by my pool, even into the winter all the way up to the Super Bowl. As for the product itself, it is a great TV. I have it hanging in a semi bright sunlight area. The area where we have, it can be enclosed or open with screen or plastic curtains. The picture is great in full sunlight or at night in the dark. The sound also is great whether it is in stereo or Dolby, it provides a great surround sound effect. it also has a screen off function if you want to use it for Pandora or for Amazon music just to play music the sound is great and carries very far. I went with this TV because it seems to be the only one in the market that is fully outdoor and water proof. Although I do not have it hanging in an area where it would be affected by water or rain I can rest peacefully, knowing that even if there is a heavy storm, I don’t have to worry about moisture. Given the quality of the TV so far and the excellent service provided by the warranty and support staff I would highly recommend this TV for anyone using a TV in a fully outside arena.

Great picture quality. The Wifi connectivity was good. Set up instructions incomplete. After contacting customer support had to set things back to factory reset.

Red renders as Orange.
Ordered a 50″ model and it arrived 2 days later as expected. Mounted it to a brick wall on our deck in suburban Philadelphia. Was easy to set up. Definitely seems weatherproof.Seems good so far except sound isn’t as good as an indoor unit would be (I guess that’s to be expected from an outdoor TV. I should invest in a soundbar).Biggest complaint is that Red renders as Orange. We’re sitting here watching the Eagles/Chiefs game and if you didn’t know any better you’d think that the Eagles were playing the Broncos. A little annoying. All other colors seem to render well. Will try playing with the settings to see if we can get red to be red.

We are super happy!
Other than our WiFi is weak outside we have managed fine. But it is super easy to set this up. We put it on a moveable stand and bring it in and out for security purposes. The color and brightness is pretty good. I think there is a model with even more brightness but I didnt know about it until after I purchased this one. Our backyard is pretty bright and this model is fine.The sound could be a little better but super easy to add a Bluetooth speaker.We love it and are super happy. Would def buy again.

WARNING ~ You will be sorry! Junk Don’t Purchase !!!
WORST PRODUCT EVER ! IT DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE A 1!! We had this product for 3 months! We bought a cover for it and treated it like gold! It was used in the summer months only which in Michigan is 3 months out of the year. The rest of the time it was brought back in to our home and stored – NOT USED! STORED! This product only has a 1 year warranty so that should of told me something! I called the company and they sent me a replacement tv. However, that was last summer so they one year warranty is over for the replacement as of August 1st and OF COURSE – THE SECOND TV HAS NOW STOPPED WORKING TOO! The 2ND TV WAS ONLY USED SINCE THIS MAY 2025. THE TV HAS STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3 MONTH OF USING AND THEY WON’T REPLACE IT! This TV was treated as good as the first! Only used in summer/ covered and stored during Fall, Winter and Spring. I FEEL THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!They said they would fix it if I paid for shipping and for the repair which I will be charged 30% of the actual price of the TV plus shipping cost. And then they will only allow an additional 1 month warranty. Obviously, this company runs some type of scam system. If they only warranty their product for a year that should be a warning ! Also, again both of these televisions were only used from the end of May to August. This product is just junk! j

We absolutely love this TV! It is very well made, no glare. It has taken on rain and wind and came out just fine. The kids can watch movies in the pool now- they love it!

Absolutely fantastic TV! I’ve never had an actual outdoor TV and what a difference! The picture is way brighter than indoor TVs and the sound is audible without turning it all the way up.I purchased an outdoor rated Furrion first because the price was better but quickly discovered it was not smart, had black lines on the screen right out of the box and the remote felt like I would break it if I pushed a button. Immediately repackaged it and returned it.I found this TV after more research and pulled the trigger. After unpackaging, the set up took about 10 minutes and another 10 to mount it. Picture is very sharp and crystal clear, sound quality is fine for my usage (sports, NASCAR, and basic TV).TV and remote both feel very sturdy and appear to be high quality. Size was exactly as ordered and overall seems to be well worth the money. 5 stars and would definitely purchase again!

Pretty good except……
Excellent picture. Love the Google TV and pretty much any streaming service or app you can get from Google Store. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 star is the Bluetooth. Bluetooth connection to the outdoor speakers is very poor. Significant sound delay and spotty sound quality. Have done hard reset and cleared all cache but nothing works. Other than that great TV.
