This pre built gaming PC by far exceeded my expectations. Lightning fast super high fps and looks awesome. I did research ALOT before choosing this model and despite the numerous negative reviews mine came exactly as described and performs flawlessly. If your looking for a high end gaming PC this is the one to get and you can’t beat the price (right under 1500 shipped). Awesome gaming PC highly recommend

Its 100% worth the money and very good customer service
Did a computer build for my wife.She really wanted a pink computer but was willing to settle on this given the very good specs on this computer build for the price, they messaged me to say they might not have any white cases left and I mentioned that my wife wanted pink, and they gave her a pink case. Fast responses. Very very friendly and she’s been using it for a few weeks now and has no issues and of course loves it bc its so “cute and pretty “. Best build for the price. Definitely buy it.

Good rig, decent value but not needs some “fixes”
The Amazon version of this prebuilt rig is exactly as described. Please do not go the wrbsite because their are slight differences.Graphic card is NVidia so will be very good. Would have preferred not having this card but that is for Arch Linux with Hyprland configuration reasons not because of the card itself. I am using 2 1080p monitors so not the highest quality monitors for this card but still great quality and no screen tearing. The graphics quality is excellent.Cooling system, including the fans are ultra quiet. I have them on max performance and they are still ultra quiet.This unit has a good value and worth the amount I paid. It could be better with more usb connections, especially type C USB. It is very difficult to know what the connections are in the back since they have almost no description/name/color coding. Only one label to not use certain motherboard/built in graphics but use tthe graphics card.I do not game so can not say the capabilities ir benchmarks but do play and edit videos (not for online streaming like “you” tube and this rig is very good.I do wish there was a user guide for this rig (even online version) to figure out how to change the lcd lighting. I can turn them off and on and only the motherboard controlled on RAM can be changed so far. I also can not figure out if it us possible to change the brightness level on the motherboard controlled lighting. It is not too bright in general but rather have steady color or lower the brightness. Since I can do neither, just turned these off.If you want a decent mid range gaming computer or creator’s computer system, this is pretty good. 4 gripes: lack of more USB, especially in back; apparent lack of adding SATA storage drives or more storage without replacing the one stick; no labeling or identifying of connections (USB 2.0, USB 3.0, etc); no user manual to learn more of use of this rig.

Misbuild, Mismanagement, and Misery — Avoid This Company at All Costs
I rarely write reviews, but this experience demands a warning to others.I ordered what was supposed to be a high-end custom gaming PC — and what I received was a complete mess. The system arrived with the wrong GPU, the wrong SSD (1TB instead of 2TB), and incorrect RAM speeds — despite a signed checklist claiming everything was verified by three people. Either their checklist is fake, or their quality control is nonexistent.When I contacted the seller, they offered a replacement — fair enough — but the replacement took weeks, even after they had already received the returned system. I had to chase them down repeatedly. Every step of the process was slow, opaque, and required me to keep tabs on their progress. At no point did they show urgency or initiative.And guess what? The replacement also had the wrong SSD. So I had to go through yet another round of emails and phone calls to get that resolved too. They offered a $20 courtesy credit for the trouble, which they claimed was the maximum Amazon allowed — a claim that’s flatly untrue and feels like a brush-off after everything I’ve endured. They bumped it up to $40 when I told them this.To top it off, the final PC emits a high-pitched whine at idle that they’ve tried to hand-wave away as “normal.” It’s not. It’s annoying, constant, and unacceptable on a brand new rig — especially one marketed as premium.Between the misbuilds, delays, dismissiveness, and ongoing hardware concerns, I can confidently say this is one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I wanted to like this company, and I gave them multiple chances to fix their mistakes — they just kept making new ones.If you’re spending this kind of money, buy from a company that knows how to build a PC correctly the first time and stands behind their work without making you jump through hoops.

Fits my needs and budget perfectly
I’ve had 2 of these units shipped as replacements to PCs that are losing their windows 10 support being multiple generations old. Both units came well packaged and in great condition. The systems feel snappy to navigate and already have been powered on a few hours each having to install essential components for our work from home situation. As for gaming performance is more than adequate for the older library I have and enough power to play modern titles granted some settings may need tweaking to get suitable framerates in the most demanding of titles like Stalker 2.Overall I’m satisfied.(update after a few days) The system is quite good in responsiveness very snappy navigating and opening apps for my work I couldn’t be happier with how much faster I can process things.I also forgot to mention in my initial review that I love how the systems didn’t have extra software preinstalled and auto launching products like i have seen so many times with popular prebuilt oems like HP and Dell. I had to help friends and family weed out that junk on their laptops. Prior to this machine I only had desktops I personally assembled from independent parts makers but with gpu prices the way they are I thought it most economical going with a prebuilt this time around.

This PC is an absolute beast for modern games! After tons of research, I landed on the ViprTech Reaper 3.0, and I’m really happy I did. Yes, some folks leave negative reviews for ViprTech’s lower-end models, but they clearly state “Parts May Vary.” This one also mentions the bottom RGB fans being excluded due to the RTX 4070 Super — totally understandable.Every spec listed in the product description matched my unit. It arrived quickly, and I’ve been using it for about a week now — no major issues at all. Compared to other prebuilt options, this one ships fast and offers great value!Pros:Runs BO6 MP & Zombies at 300+ FPS on Ultra (lows around 290)Truly plug-and-play — just follow the unboxing stepsCompact, clean design with great aestheticsQuite Fans :)Cons:GPU temps average around 80°C due to limited airflow (case design & missing fans), but manageable after capping FPS and tweaking settingsMissing two fans (but they tell you this up front)CPU cooler doesn’t have a ViprTech logo (minor detail and reason I’m giving 4 stars)Bottom line:Would I recommend it to a friend? Absolutely! For the specs and price, it’s a fantastic deal — especially for those who don’t want to build their own. I’ll update if any issues come up, but so far: 9/10. Super happy with this rig!

Horrible wifi
PC is good and runs well. However the wifi is horrible. Wifi adapter sometimes randomly disconnects at random points. Sooner or later the driver USB ended up failing entirely and won’t even connect to the PC anymore no matter what port I plug it into. This really is an inconvenience for me as I no longer have a PC to use.

Works well for what I need it to.
So far, so good. I bought this to play some newer AAA games, and also to have a decent WFH setup. I play, but nothing serious. When Oblivion Remastered came out, my current setup wasn’t good enough to play it, so I started looking into some pre-built PC’s and someone recommended this one to me. So far it has worked well. It does run pretty hot at times, but has yet to crash on me or shut down because of that. But all games that I have tried, I can play on Ultra and have no issues so far.I didn’t have any issues with setting this up when I received it. It came with instructions on how to set up the wifi/bluetooth and all that good stuff. My windows key works fine. I had one question on something that wasn’t clear to me, I reached out to their customer service and within less than 24 hours had received a response from them. This is just my experience though, so that is all I can give my opinion on.I have a dual monitor setup as I use this for the days when I don’t go into the office and work from home. I have not had any issues with monitors cutting out, or not turning on. Every program I have run on this has worked great, opens fast, no issues there. I am not tech stupid, but I am not a serious techie type either, so I won’t be putting this thing through the paces just to max out its capabilities. It works well for what I bought it for and that is all I can speak on.
