SECTION 1 – THE BASICS

• Don’t spread viruses, worms, or code that wrecks our systems.

• Break these rules = instant ban. No appeals.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, anytime, for any reason.

• Your content may travel across networks, unencrypted. Card info is always locked tight.

• Don’t copy, sell, or exploit our services without our written say-so.

SECTION 3 – INFO & ACCURACY

We do our best, but sometimes info may be outdated or off. Don’t gamble everything on what’s written here — double check before making moves.

SECTION 4 – CHANGES & PRICES

Prices change. Services change. We can drop, tweak, or cut products without warning. No liability, no apologies.

SECTION 5A – PRODUCTS & SERVICES

• Some products are limited, online-only, and might not come back.

• Colors may look different on your screen — don’t blame us for monitor settings.

• We can limit sales to regions, people, or quantities — our choice.

• We don’t guarantee you’ll love it, only that you’ll get what you ordered.

SECTION 5B – AGE RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

• Anything in our restricted stash = 21+ only.

• We verify age before shipping. Fail verification = refund + permanent ban.

• If we find minors ordering restricted items, we may notify law enforcement.

• Respect the policy. No exceptions.

SECTION 5C – MOBILE, EMAIL & COMMS

• By giving us your number or email, you’re agreeing we can contact you.

• Under 18? Not eligible to use these services. Period.

• Fraudulent or abusive activity = instant termination + potential law enforcement.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS & BILLING

• We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if something looks shady.

• Keep your info current (address, card, email) or risk delays.

SECTION 7 – TOOLS & LINKS

• We might give you access to 3rd party tools. They’re “as is.” Use at your own risk.

• Third-party links = third-party rules. We’re not liable if they screw you over.

SECTION 8 – COMMENTS & FEEDBACK

• Anything you send (ideas, comments, submissions) can be used by us freely.

• Don’t post illegal, abusive, or virus-ridden junk. You’re responsible for what you post.

SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED USES

Don’t use our site for:

• Illegal acts, fraud, harassment, discrimination, or exploitation.

• Uploading malicious code.

• Spamming, scraping, or hacking.

• Circumventing security.
  Violation = instant ban and possible legal action.

SECTION 10 – WARRANTY DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY LIMITS

We provide products “AS IS.” No guarantees, no promises. If something goes wrong, we’re not liable for damages beyond what the law forces.

SECTION 11 – INDEMNIFICATION

If your actions cause us trouble (lawsuits, fines, damages), you agree to cover our costs and defend us.

SECTION 12 – TERMINATION

We can shut down your account anytime if you break the rules. You’re still responsible for anything owed up to that point.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Commandmentz roll under U.S. law. Disputes = handled here, not elsewhere.
