Moes App needs work (or their products)
You have to be patient with the app for it to work properly. At first, I had trouble finding the product to connect through the app using the product description, which was not helpful. Luckily, they include a QR code in the instruction manual inside the product package. Once I scanned it while adding the item in the app, I ran into another issue: the Wi-Fi must be 2.4 GHz, and you need to enter the Wi-Fi information (make sure your phone is connected to the same 2.4 GHz network).After doing these steps correctly, the product was added to the app and I was able to customize its functionality. I really like the low brightness option and the variety of colors with the scheduling setup. Now everything is working great.
