If you ride with us, here’s how your gear hits the road. We don’t sugarcoat it — these are the Rulz, straight and raw.


 How We Roll

  • Orders process in 2–3 business days.

  • We don’t roll on weekends or holidays.

  • Production + shipping = your total wait time.

  • Some gear is on-demand, built when you order. That can take 4–21 days.

  • Over half ship out within 8 days.

  • Once it’s ready, we ship within 1 business day.


Delivery Times

Depends on your carrier and your patience:

  • FedEx Standard Home Delivery → ~4 days.

  • FedEx 2-Day → 2 days (but it ain’t cheap).

  • Overnight → only inside the continental U.S. with extra fees.

  • No P.O. Boxes. We ship APO/FPO/DPO. Some U.S. Territories need extra fees.

Delays can happen. High volume? Holidays? Apocalypse? Add a few days. We’ll email or call if it’s serious.


 Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout.
Tracking info comes by email after shipping.
Tracking may lag — if the label’s made, consider it shipped. If you doubt it, contact RetailXcess, not the carrier.


 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Outside the U.S.? Customs fees, taxes, tariffs — all on you, outlaw. We don’t eat those costs.


 Damages & Lost Gear

We’re not liable for what carriers break or lose. If it arrives trashed, file a claim with the shipping company. Save the box, packaging, and proof.


 Returns (Quick Recap)

  • Items must be unworn, unused, untorn packaging, tags attached.

  • Customer pays return shipping (unless we messed up).

  • Every return needs an RMA number plastered on 3 sides of the box.

  • Restocking fee = 10–15%, plus a $20 flat inspection fee.

  • Returns must arrive within 10 days — not “shipped by then,” but in our hands.

❗If we deny your refund and you want the product back, you supply the prepaid return label.


 Admin / Inspection Fee ($20 Flat)

Covers our crew manually checking your return for damage, missing parts, tampering, or use. This applies to all returns.
