Great Subwoofer
This CT Sounds Meso 6.5″ subwoofer thinks it’s a 12″ subwoofer. With it’s 90oz magnet, Xmax travel of 8mm one-way, and high quality construction, even $150 is a great deal for such a small subwoofer, not to mention the $109 I got this subwoofer on sale for.With that said, you MUST provide this subwoofer clean signal for it to last, and for it to sound good it MUST be in a proper box. Don’t go buying a Rockville 6.5″ subwoofer box or even try to custom-fab a prefab 8″ box if you want this subwoofer to hit deep and low. Get a custom box made. This subwoofer CAN and WILL go deep with the right box. Most 6.5″ subwoofer boxes are tuned for 45+hz, and anything below 40hz is near inaudible with this subwoofer. Even though prefab boxes won’t go low, they will be loud. 40-50hz this subwoofer sounds like a decent 12″ to the untrained ear, and overall this subwoofer sounds very clean, articulate, and musical. If you want a small subwoofer that can go deep, this is the subwoofer for you.

These hit HARD!!!!
I’m actually very impressed with how these sound. For a 6.5in subwoofer these really hit hard. everyone who has heard these thinks i have at least 2 12’s. I paired x2 of these in a tru spec 6.5 ported enclosure and a 1000.1w RMS momo Ct sounds amplifier. I’ll def be buying a 2000.1 amp and 2 more of these. absolutely amazed with product and quality of subwoofers. Good job CT SOUNDS

Absolutely an amazing sub. I have had many subs from JL 13w7 to Alpine and many others and this sub just is amazing. Of course, it won’t have the same output as some of the larger subs but does sound amazing.

I have 2 ct 6.5 Meso subs ohms 400 watts min- I have an amazing box. I have Taramp thats got push. Im afraid to use it on these. Any suggestions
