Good Company – Responds Quickly if There is a Problem
Great company! The first one I received would not stay on. I e-mail and reported it. I was sent a return label from the company and sent it back. Received one within a few days that works just fine. This was simple, easy, and fast. Good company to work with.

Not great customer support
I would be leery when purchasing from this seller. The PlayStation 4 turned on but the controller they sent with it was a non working controller. I called Amazon customer support and they told me not to worry and she would send a message to the seller and the seller would send out a replacement controller right away and not to worry about returning the non working controller. The next day the seller had a completely different process. They would send me a label to return the bad one then send out a replacement after they received the bad one. I would have to wait at least a week or longer before I could setup and use the PS4. As a small business owner I find that unacceptable. I bought a new controller with overnight delivery and was able to set it up and use it.

While I was excited about this product, I was hoping to not be on the receiving end of a defective productive.The console itself seemed perfect, few noticeable scuff marks but nothing too major.The previous owners credentials were still on the PS4 also, which should’ve been a tell-tell.The remote controller was defective even the both ends of the barcode on back being completely wiped away. The remote was definitely not in the condition it was described to be.The remote controller, though I fully charged it, kept disconnecting from the console. Making the gaming experience less enjoyable.I even had trouble using it while plugged in.It took me a couple of days to be able to erase my credentials from the PS4 because the remote controller had a mind of its own.I would have initiated the return the sooner but was hopeful that the remote would start working without the disconnecting issues.I would have kept the product if I was able to get a new remote controller but was informed I had to return the console as well and then reorder the product.The 3 of 5 stars is for the console itself and the condition it was in.
